Note

1. Unless otherwise specified, the charter fee includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and parking fees.
2. Admission tickets, meals, personal expenses and overtime pay are not included.
3. The standard flight time for a chartered flight to downtown Sydney is 10 hours.
4. Some long-distance routes, such as Port Stephens, Jervis Bay and Canberra, are based on 12 hours.
5. The airport pick-up service includes a free waiting time of 40 minutes for international flights and 20 minutes for domestic flights.
6. The hotel pick-up service includes 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur charges.
7. If you use the service beyond the confirmed booking time, an additional charge will apply.
8. Rates are subject to change during public holidays, weekends, school holidays, major events, or peak seasons.
9. Smoking, drinking alcohol and eating are prohibited inside the vehicle.
10. Advance booking is recommended, especially for day trips or when using large vehicles.
11. Child car seats are available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
12. Final vehicle allocation is subject to availability, passenger numbers and luggage size.
13. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
